HAPPY EASTER!!!
I hope that everyone had a great and happy Easter. We celebrated Easter on Saturday. It was nice. We had Jason's family over and some friends. It was a busy day cooking and cleaning and then watching movies. Since we had dinner on Saturday we got to sleep in on Sunday and relax, cuz all the cleaning was done. We now have enough leftovers to last us all week...I made breakfast yesterday, leftover ham and hashbrown casserole along w/eggs and biscuits.
We use to make breakfast every weekend and then we started going to eat at a place down the street. Kind of like our "traditional" weekend thing to do. But lately, it seems we are so busy that we don't have time to do anything like that anymore. Either he's at work or I am at a meeting or something. Oh well...Hopefully, things will slow down here soon and we can start it up again. Just like we used to have "date night" on Fridays and that has since gone out the window too. Oh well. Life is just so busy lately. We sometimes need to stop, slow down and take a break.
